Gorgeous and totally chic, although I'm currently in Mexico I wanted to share this adorable San Francisco interiors boutique with you. Nest on Fillmore St. is a cross between a great Parisian shop and your grandmother's totally hip attic. They choose local designers and stock unique, hand-made treasures. Belt It Out

 

This "rug" has got to be one of my favorite new items of 2008! UK designer Inghua Ting has come up with an innovative solution for worn-out, garbage-bound or just plain-'ol-ugly belts. Each Vintage Belt Floor Mat is made to order and therefore, completely one of a kind.

From across the pond...

Every once in awhile I'll run across designers whose work jumps out from the computer screen and makes me smile.  English designers masseyandrogers gorgeous textile items do just that.  All hand-printed and hand-made, their range is whimsical, eco-friendly and nature-inspired. Even their line of greeting cards would look perfectly at home framed beautifully. Go on, I dare you not to smile!

California Design Team Downtown are two super-stylish, vintage hounds responsible for finding and re-creating some of the most fun and whimsical pieces I've seen this year.  Fearless fabric choices and elegant lines combined with their choice of employing all local California artisans make these (slightly out-of-my-price-range) pieces I salivate over. Aww, some day...

                      

Pillow Talk

 

It's awfully easy to while away a lazy Sunday cuddling on the couch when you're surrounded by these one-of-a-kind pillows.  Amsterdam based designers katrinakaye take vintage European fabrics and recycle them into these totally unique and artsy cushions.  Affordably priced at just $25 bucks a pop - the combo of handmade and recycled-vintage is a win-win for design^sprout fans!
