Treasures of the sea for land lubbers!

I ran across these crocheted gems and fell in love. Completely handmade and oh-so-creative,artist jpolka brings a whimsical touch to her sea creatures. Based in San Francisco, she sells patterns for coral, jelly fish and prawns on her Etsy site.

These are even more wonderful in person. You can purchase them at a lovely little shop called the Curiosity Shoppe on Valencia Street.
