Wow! That is probably the craziest thing I've ever heard of! Thrift shops are certainly better for the environment and offer just really cool vintage stuff- I love the treasure hunt! This is just silly.

What about designers who purchase unique vintage goods from thrift stores? How unreasonable.

I just love the store, its a great place to buy used household goods and clothes as well. Sometimes you can get a good antique item as well which is dis-guarded by the owners.
